This deposit will secure your place on an upcoming Spark Ventures Impact Travel Experience to Zambia.
With this deposit you are registering for our upcoming trip dates of July 14-23, 2024. We can’t wait to have you join us!
The $500 deposit is nonrefundable.
Terms:
A minimum of 8 travelers is required in order for the trip to run. Spark Ventures will announce when this minimum has been met on or before April 15, 2024. If the trip is canceled due to fewer than 8 travelers, a full refund will be provided.
Once the trip is confirmed:
– Payment in full is required.
– If travelers cancel participation less than 60 days prior to the start date of the trip, 50% of the total trip fee is refundable.
– If travelers cancel participation less than 30 days prior to the start date of the trip, no refund will be provided.
Full trip pricing for July 2024:
– Double occupancy: $4,950
– Single occupancy: $5,590
(Extra night pre-trip: $180; Extra night post-trip: $220)
On this Spark Ventures Impact Travel Experience, you will take part in meaningful engagement with community leaders while experiencing the sights, sounds, and flavors of Zambia. Our expertly curated adventure will introduce you to unique cultural highlights, historical insights & natural wonders while you enjoy accommodations in boutique hotels with exceptional meals.
Please note trip fees cover in country travel only. Air travel to Ndola, Zambia and from Livingstone, Zambia is not included in the trip fee. Spark Ventures requires a minimum of 8 confirmed travelers for the Impact Travel Experience to Zambia. Once we reach the threshold of registered travelers for your travel dates, a Spark Ventures representative will contact you with information on how to pay the remaining cost of your trip. We recommend you wait to book flights until the trip has been fully confirmed.
