Stay Tuned: Blogging from Zambia
This is the spot. With a handful of travelers boarding planes this week, we’re poised to launch yet another transformative Partnership Trip adventure in Zambia. And, we’ll be chronicling all the fun right here, on the Spark blog.
Rich and I both landed in Zambia today. Rich headed first to Lusaka, where he will start his trip with a Hope Ministries board meeting, discussing the exciting developments at the poultry farm over the past few months, the spectacular news of the third consecutive year of 100% primary school pass rates at Hope Community School, as well as opportunities and challenges ahead in 2014.
I spend tomorrow morning connecting with the office staff to assist in an ongoing process of digitizing the information they hold on all their students. Then, it’s off to the school to do computer training with the teachers there.
Expect updates on this work, plus many, many more photos and stories once our intrepid group of travelers arrive.
